Chrome or Edge on Windows

1. Look for the Install icon (a small screen with a downward arrow) at the right end of the address bar — or open the ⋮ menu (top-right).
2. Choose Install CareConnect… (in Chrome it may be under Cast, save, and share).
3. Click Install. CareConnect opens in its own window and adds an icon to your Desktop & Start menu.

Chrome on Android

1. Tap the ⋮ menu (top-right).
2. Tap Add to Home screen (or Install app).
3. Tap Install / Add. The CareConnect icon appears on your home screen.

Safari on iPhone / iPad

1. Tap the Share button (a square with an up-arrow ⬆) — bottom bar on iPhone, top bar on iPad.
2. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
3. Tap Add (top-right). The CareConnect icon appears on your home screen.

On iPhone & iPad this only works in Safari — Chrome and other browsers can’t add to the Home Screen.
